The pneumatic actuator is designed with the following main components:

Pneumatic Body: Made from solid aluminum, the exterior is coated with electrostatic paint, enhancing durability and resistance to harsh conditions, oxidation, and ensuring a long lifespan.
End Caps: These components seal the actuator and divide the pneumatic chamber into three sections.
Piston – Rack: These two parts connect to create rotational motion for the valve shaft when compressed air pressure is applied.
Transfer Shaft: This component receives the torque from the piston and transmits that rotational force to the valve shaft and valve disc, enabling the valve to open and close.
Compression Spring (Only present in single-acting models): This component allows the piston to return to its original position through the lifting and lowering mechanism facilitated by the compressed air and the pressure differential established within the pneumatic chamber.
