Structure and Operation of the DP-100 Yoshitake Solenoid Valve
Structure of the DP-100 Japanese Solenoid Valve
The structure of the Yoshitake DP-100 solenoid valve is similar to that of other solenoid valves on the market, consisting of components like the coil, valve stem, spring, valve body, and cap.
The DP-100 Yoshitake solenoid valve is available in two types: normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO). When a 24V, 110V, or 220V power supply is provided, the valve’s default state without power is inactive.
In the NC (normally closed) type, when power is supplied, the valve opens to allow liquid or gas to pass through. In the NO (normally open) type, when power is supplied, the valve closes, preventing liquid or gas from passing through.
Operating Principle of the Japanese Solenoid Valve
The Japanese DP-100 solenoid valve is widely used in various industrial and domestic applications, especially in fields related to pneumatic and liquid control.
Its function is to open, close, distribute, or mix compressed air from an air compressor or hydraulic oil from a pump.
